problem regarding spatial data plot over India using pcolor function

Hi everyone. Hopefully everyone is okay. I am facing a problem regarding plotting a parameter over India region. I have done that part using an function that i have found in matlab central, that is mask region. I have plotted but there are some problem in the plotting. i have attached the screenshot of plot and code. Check that the plot is not looking good as the colors did not cover the whole India. Can anyone help me how to solve this problem? Thank You .

Can you attach the image of India map that you are using for plotting.

sure sir.But i dont have any map. I have the shapefile. I am sharing that. The size of the shapefile is greater than 5 mb, that's why i have compressed that and upload that. I want to plot colormap only inside the India and that shoud be uniform not like in the screenshot. Thank you once agai for your response sir.

Can you give the values of the 'latitude', 'longitude' and 'ans' variables used in your script
