Error while creating .exe file

Hello guys I'm using MATLAB 2014a on win 10. I have a problem while i want to create an .exe file of my code, I receive error below:

>> mcc -m Code.m

Error using mcc Test checkout of feature 'Compiler' failed.

and when I try mbuild i recieve this error:

>> mbuild -setup

Error using mbuild (Line 164). Unable to complete successfully. No supported compiler or SDK was found. For options, visit https://...

my license is ok and I am unable to install required SDK because it fails installing. I have absolutely no idea what to do... I appreciate if you help me solve this problem Thank you...
