color class and the pixel size ( KNN , k means )

Hey , i'm working on a project ( Image Segmentation using k-means and KNN) and i have problem in color class, i'm using Edit text choose class ,GINPUT to choose pixel ,and PALETTE choose color , i want to give class color , how to do this ? thank you .
