Error using inputdlg: dialogs disabled

Hello,

Anytime I try to use a toolbox designed for MATLAB that has input dialogs, I get the following error. I am running Mac OS 10.15.7 using MATLAB 2019b. I have no idea how to get around it and haven't seen anyone reproduce the issue online. Thank you!

Line 2 of the inputdlg function included in MATLAB is a comment describing the function. Therefore you have written or downloaded an inputdlg.m file that is taking precedence over the function in MATLAB. Use this command to identify that inputdlg.m and rename or remove it. Leave the one in the toolbox/matlab/uitools directory under matlabroot alone.
