How to calculate and plot impulse response?

Hello,
I need to calculate and plot an impulse response using the following:
โ„Ž(๐‘›) at n = โˆ’10,...,100.
How would I go about this? also a quick note, I am a complete novice with MatLab so if you could explain the code I would be massively grateful.

If you have a discrete filter and want to compute and plot the impulse response, use the โ€œimpz()โ€ function. For the transfer function, use the โ€œfreqz()โ€ function.
