Need help for 3D reconstruction from images

I am newbie in MATLAB, just know some basic commands in MATLAB. I am more familiar with 3D geometric modeling with C++, OpenGL etc. But now I need to get some help for processing images for further 3D reconstruction. I have uploaded a number of files: 3 jpeg images, one short mpeg file and a word document describing my approach to 3D reconstruction to the following link:

Problem is that the data is very volatile in nature.What I need to do at this moment is to extract different layers front to back from the images as I understand from my problem. For that purpose, I need to use MATLAB. It would be very kind of you to take a look at the data and also my approach to 3D reconstruction and let me know whether you have any further suggestion for extracting layers from the images.
