How can I find pixel in of the line on the image?

Hi,
I know the inlet dimensions of the geometry attached. I want to know pixel in that height?
How can I find the number of pixel in the line in image attached?

improfile can be used to pixel-value cross-section along line segments. This can be used to set the line segement interactively and get the sample pixel values.
