How to build a Stochastic Regression Model

Dear All;

As you know , we usually use linear regression to build a model that describe the relationship between varaible .

if the regressor are not fixed, , then we can use basic techniques such OLS to do that.

So, if i have data generated from stochastic processes , how can i bulif a regression model in MATLAB?
