how to draw human countor

i preprocessed my image and extract a human coutor from it as shown in attach image.(screenshot 1071) and i need to draw lines in that countor like the way one draw in attach image (screenshot 1370) espacially the last three countors.

please help me how can i do this, your help in cooding is realy appricated. orginal images are also attach.
