Unknown/Unsupported Constrained Instance

I used Simscape Multibody (SM) Link to generate the XML file to be used by SM. There were constraints not supported that caused errors. Are there other tools needed in order to support the imported constrained instances?

This page on Troubleshooting CAD Export Issues might help you with the issue.

You can replace each unsupported constraint with a supported equivalent and then export the CAD assembly once again.
