how to add vision toolbox into current matlab 2010a

I am using matlab 2010a. I have three folder for vision toolbox vision,common ,simulink. How to add this toolbox in to the current installed matlab.

Typically the installer takes care of that for you. There is no need to add stuff. Maybe something went wrong during install. Please contact installation support in case it still does not work out.

but i want to run this command in matlab 2010a:

H= vision.AlphaBlender;
Y = step(H,I,MASK);

Anyhow, I have confirmed that AlphaBlender did exist in R2010a; http://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2010a/toolbox/vipblks/ref/video.alphablenderclass.html

This implies that you have a problem in installation or licensing. Please contact technical support.
