Induction Machine block Rotor velocity error

Good day everyone,

I'm modelling a induction machine block in Simulink. When I connect a inertia block to its 'R'-port, the torque fluctuates around zero. When the inertia isn't connected and both the 'R' and 'C' ports are connected to a mechanical rotational reference, the torque is correct but the rotor velocity stays zero.

Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong Please take a look at the attached images.
