Create Simulink Model using matlab-GUI?

I've been asked to design a GUI to set parameters of an existing Simulink model and simulate it (which I already solved using GUIDE) and also that would allow the user to change the blocks in the model creating a flowsheet according to their necessities.

The blocks to use have been created for the project so the new library with them should be included also in the GUI so that the users can pick from it the blocks.

Any ideas?
