What should i do in gray-level compensation to adjust the intensity of ultrasound image..... please do reply.....

Lots of things will ajdust the intensity. How about if you multiply by pi, or 42?

Multiply the values you want to "compensate".

Perhaps what you really want to do is "contrast enhancement" ?

Please define "compensation" in mathematical terms if you can. Otherwise, tell me in words what compensation means to you. What are you compensating for?
