Saving a m file

Hi, I am very new to this software and am having trouble saving my scripts to m files in a folder on my computer. What is the process for saving scripts as m files and also naming each script that you create?

Are you using the MATLAB editor? On the editor tab, there is an icon for saving the file you are editing.
