how to plot roc curve?

hi i m doing my project in biometric recognition.i want to plit roc curve for FAlse acceptance rate Vs false Rejection rate.i found an inbuilt function 'ROC' in matlab toolbox.but i didn't understand the parameters .can anyone please explain ?
