What does "exact linearization" mean in the context of Simulink continuous derivative block?

Hi,
I got confused by the information at https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/improved-linarization-transfer-fcn-blocks.html. Can anyone please explain what it means by "exact linearization"?
