Simulink won't open

I use MAT:LAB 2020 trail version, and i have 9 days trail remaining

However it wont open and is constantly showing this error. Neither simulink is opening nor any of already saved simulink files.

this could be a possible installation error. Try to re-install the trial.

In order to avoid any search path issue, try to execute below commands in the command window.

>> restoredefaultpath

>> rehash toolboxcache

>> sl_refresh_customizations
