Codes for spectral densities

HI everyone

I am very new to MATLAB

I wanted to calculate cross spectral density and auto spectral density of the excel data.

I have attached an excel file.

First colum in displacement in X direction and second column is displacement in Y direction

Total no. of datas for each column is 16384 (which are the displacements data from 0 second to 16384 seconds respectively)

Can anyone provide me with MATLAB codes for calculating Sxx and Syx (cross and auto spectral densities) respectively.

And also the x axis plot in frequency and explanation of the x axis plotting.
