I cannot access to saved scripts or files on MATLAB online

Discriptions of issues:

When I open my MATLAB online, a pop-up says "Your previous MATLAB session state failed to load"

When I click on "New Session" on the pop-up, I can create a new script, but I cannot access to saved scripts or files in MATLAB drive.

I tried to drag and drop a file from my local folder, my MATLAB online does not upload it into MATLAB drive.

I have my MATLAB connector and can access to MATLAB drive (I can upload, download, delete files... ect, so it seems working).

I tired to delete .session file on MATLAB drive, but it says "Failed to move .session to Deleted Files: Folder '/.session' cannot be deleted at this point. Please try again later."

I deleted cookies, updated softwares, reinstalled MATLAB, but none of them worked.

Loading takes about 30 minutes

Storage on MATLAB drive is 316MB / 5GB

I do not know what is gong on here.
