RoadRunner is not updated through patches or partial binaries. Instead, RoadRunner must be uninstalled, then reinstalled with the standalone installer.
Note that Windows users will be prompted by the installer to automatically uninstall the older version, but Unix-based operating systems will be required to delete the older version of RoadRunner before running the installer.
To download RoadRunner updates you may follow the instructions below:
- Visit MathWorks Downloads and sign into your MathWorks Account.
- From the I Want to menu, select Get Updates.
- Choose the MATLAB release and update level you want to download.
- Select Get Updates for RoadRunner Products.
The appropriate RoadRunner update will be displayed. Download the platform-specific installer to the computer on which you want to to install RoadRunner.
