Plot contour with specific interval

Dear all,

i am beginer in matlab..i want to plot contour with specific interval.may data has 3 column, lat,long and height..min height is 36.92 cm and max height is 105.5707cm..I plan to plot with interval 5 cm..how i can plot contour for my data??
