Port widths or dimensions error.

When I'm connecting pwm generator to frequency output block in a model it is saying pwm generator is a one densional vector with 4 elements as I have used 4 pulses single phase half bridge in it parameters and also saying frequency output is a one densional vector with 1 elements.
