Question about Git Credentials with Azure DevOps with Authentication Tokens

We're working with git repos which are hosted on Azure DevOps. We authenticate to these repos using authentication tokens.

When we're performing commits to git, and other activities, I need to re-enter my authentical token each time in the password field.

Is it possible if the MATLAB IDE were to persist this authentication token? Any other options?
