Plot individual annotations with arrows that points to multiple graphs in the plot

My plot has multiple graphs. I want to assign an annotation text (that identifies each graph) with an arrow that points to each individual graphs in the plot. What is the best method? I have tried many suggestions in the forums here, but none of them works.

For simple cases, you can go to the "insert" menu in the figure window and select "Text arrow". Are you trying to automate it for multiple figures?
