Creating DAG Network with split inputs and creating data store

I have created a DAG network as shown here. I am giving data of 1x11x4 in TIFF format. I get the following error message

Error using trainNetwork (line 154)

Invalid network.

Error in LeafDAGMultinput (line 184)

kkt_net = trainNetwork(imdsTrain,layers,opts); %data, layers, global training options

Caused by:

Layer 'input_stream_1': Missing input. Each layer input must be connected to the output of another layer.

How can I correct it?
