Issue with update_installer

I am trying to update my Matlab R2019b to the Update 5 in GNU/Linux.
When I run update_installer (as root before someone asks) it keeps complaining about that I don't have enough space in disk. I have Matlab R2019b Update 1 installed and 54 additional GB of free space.
Anyone facing same issue? How can I solve this?
