help with plotting quadratic

need help plotting my K_tilde_quad matrix which is ultimately shaped as a quadratic. The x values need to go from 1 - 14 and the y values is the k_tilde_quad matrix. Attatched is my current graph and my code. I am trying to make the graph smooth and not straight lines. I understand I have the code diag in with the plot code but when I erase that i get a lot of vertical lines underneath the graph.
