Sending Array Elements via UDP in Simulink

Hello,

I am trying to send to constants at the same time in one connection via UDP block.

In this case I am taking two different contants as inputs of a matlab function block and inside the block I managed to merge them into array(hopefully). In the end I cannot send this array via UDP block to the UDP server on localhost that I am viewing via Packet Sender.

Any idea,suggestion is welcome for the issue.
