Problem with Runtime Matlab at compiling app matlab

Hi everyone!

I am trying to compile an matlab app in a distribuible file...

but when I download matlab runtime i get the next message:

Even if I download the matlab runtime from https://la.mathworks.com/products/compiler/matlab-runtime.html and try to run setup.exe, I get the message that shows me in the attached image.

Please, Can someone help me where is the problem?
