Clustering faces of multiple triangulated 3D surfaces

Dear All,

I have two matrices (F and V for faces and vertices) which contain the triangulation of bunch of points in 3D. F shows the points each face uses and V lists the coordinates of all the points.

What are the methods for clustering these triangles based on connectivity? In other words, given F and V, I want to determine how many connected triangles I have.
