Unable to install an app created by app designer in my local PC as well on other machine

Unable to install an app created by app designer in my local PC as well on other machine.
I made the app in Matlab R2017b but when i create a package and try to install in
  1. my local Laptop it gives error as below:
2. On another machine: It does not install and does not show any error message ... the Matlab gets BUSY and nothing happens.
