Getting an error related to Multiclass SVM

I am working on a project of leaf disease detection and classification.

in the classification part this is part of my code

my feat_diseas variable 1 *13 double

feat disease = 75*13 double

GroupTrain =1*75 double

Please help me to resolve this error.
