无法启动或卸载MATLAB R2019b

我使用的版本是南京大学MATLAB校园版R2019b，成功安装之后打开时总是弹出“fatal error on statup”窗口，下面显示这样一大串文字：

Windows, Mac, or Linux? Have you tried updating your Java via the Control Panel or Settings to the latest version?
