fuzzy c mean cluster for Latitude-longitude space

Hi all;

I want to make cluster analysis using fuzzy c mean cluster for my data. The data cobsist of latitude, longitude and time. I want to group stations that have similarity in diurnal pattern. I hope to get the same result as the following figure:

I attach the sample data in this posting, hope some help.

Hi Marzuki,

It is my understanding that you want to perform fuzzy c mean cluster on the dataset.

MATLAB has Fuzzy Logic Toolbox containing fcm function which performs Fuzzy c-means clustering.
