haar wavelet transform explicit code

hi

i'm working on processing an audio signal and i'm going to need the explicite code of a 3 level haar wavelet transform (and the inverse) and unfortunately i can't find it. i've tried writing it myself but i have so many errors and not much of knowledge.

i know that this function is available as dwt and idwt but i can't use those .
