error message while installing matlab packages

Hello

I keep getting this error message while trying to download the MatLab symbolic math toolbox. I already had a similar problem downloading MatLab 9.7 but by trying over and over, it eventually worked, not in this case...

As an experiment you could try installing everything else. Then in MATLAB you could try using Add-on Explorer to install the toolbox. I suspect that you might get the same problem though.

If you have an antivirus you might need to pause it to do the download.

Hi

Try disabling the antivirus and redownload it . If that doesnt help try installing the toolbox later.
