print to pdf gives java error

i have Matlab 2019b installed on a machine. I am trying to print to pdf using adobe acrobat pro 2017. When I do I get 2 errors. (see pictures attached)

this error talks about java witch is up to date and working.

How are you printing?

Hello I go to print and select Adobe PDF as printer. Is that all you need as info? If something else is needed let me know.
