Customization of optimization algorithm in deep learning algorithm layers

Hello i am working with Conolutional Neural Network. It comprises od some default optimization algorithms such as sgdm, rmsprop., adam. Other than this i am trying to incorporate some other optimization algorithms such as ACO etc. Can someone guide me with this.
