Hardware in Loop Simulation with Pixhawk

Is there a way to do Hardware in Loop Simulation with Pixhawk controller using Embedded Px4 Coder Support Package alone? I need to run my flight dynamics model in Simulink and run the Pixhawk controller in real time. Simulated sensor values has to be input to the contoller which controls the actuators. Actuator output is read as PWM and is output to flight model.

Hi,
You can refer to this documentation to get HIL simulation for PX4 using Simulink. Although the example has some additional requirements.
You can edit the example as per your need.
