HOW TO OPEN THIS EXAMPLE?

How to open this example:

When I try to open it, this error appears to me:

Undefined function or variable 'ee_motorstepper_pullin_characteristics'.

Hi Emanuelle, my suspision is that you might need a Simscape (& Simulink) license. Do you have the licenses?

Yes I have a license, in fact I can open any other example, except this one.

Thanks, the documentation says it needs release 2019b. Please make sure that you have that.
