How to differentiate images?

I want to differentiate images on the basis of contrast or let me help if is there any simple way to do this, for example images have normal contrast, blacklit images, nighttime images, and non-uniform images. These image is not avaialble in the same illumination conidition. I have tried various ways but still i need a proper well solution for this. How to separate these images from each other. Is there any simple way to deal with it? or this will solve with deep learning?
