image registration 3D program

hi i need a program to make a 3D image registration, my 3d image is a matrix with lung images. somebody can hel me , i try every program of exchange files?tks

With the release of R2012b, imregister now supports three dimensional image volume registration :)

Unfortunately, there is nothing built in to MATLAB to do that. You can try a volume visualization program like Avizo ( http://www.vsg3d.com/avizo/overview) if you need to do that.
