Create a discrete rectangle

I need to perform convolution between this twe sequences without using conv.

I don't know how to create this sequnces.

What the length of x1 and x2 should be?

And of the convolution output?

When given those definitions, then x1 and x2 should be as close to infinite as you can get on your system.

What it's mean practically?

Define them by using a loop with N big as i can?

I guess my defenition should base on my knowledge when the overlap ends or somthing...
