Edit datset saved as a fig file

I have a large dataset 4100 rows x 20 columns saved as a fig file and am having difficulties using the file. I cannot cut and paste columns (variables) and converting the file type through saveas only generates a single page of the desired dataset. Any tips?

.fig is basically a .mat file. Rename the file to .mat and load data and try.

Thanks for that. I was finally able to open the relevant structure and was able to select and copy required data. Cheers Danny
