index for the saving values

I want to all the the data of the 3 variable input are as below attachment:-

Can anyone help me to find out that what i have to if I have to match the total plot of the both value (a,e) same for other two plot also in the my code.

1- How to save all the scalar input?

2- How to match both the value in the plot if we are having unknown length of parameters. For my case I have mention length of total data in my code attachment.

3-How we can set the index for saving the variable?
