Solving Linear Programming problem

Hi ı have a linear programming problem to solve. How can I solve with with matlab. I have 15 different samples for each variable. Thank you for your helps

At the moment that looks nonlinear to me, unless h is a constant instead of a variable.

h is a constant value. generally it is taken as h=0.5
