Connection problem with MATLAB Mobile

Hi

I use MATLAB R2017b (academic license), and I try to connect to my desktop MATLAB (runs on a university computer under university network of course) via MATLAB Mobile. I followed the instructions from MATLAB help (and website), and it seems things work well. However, I am only abale to connect while I use a certain wifi access. I added MATLAB in firewall to be accessed via public netowrks as well. Also, I use university VPN on my mobile device, but, I am unable to connect to MATLAB desktop using other networks (regradless it is from my phone operator or other wifi access points from university). I appreciate if someone can help with this.
