Licence Manager Error 15

I'm tyring to activate MatLab on Client/Workstation as I have configured the Server that is running Concurrent Licence. WHen I copy the licence the server to activate the workstation I get an error:

Licence checkout failed.

Licence Manager Error -15

Error-15 means that the workstation is not able to contact the server. See here:

Try pinging the server from your workstation's command window and see if proper network connection is established.

Dear Raj,

I have read the link you have sent me, and also read other articles about possibility of Firewall in my network (I have configured my Firewall to accept the ports that were suggested for the MLM, but still I receive the error, I have used the licence.dat file from my Network Licence Manager, yet still nothing, I have even ping(ed) my Hostname on the licence.dat and network.lic files ping results are positive meaning Client/Workstation can ping the server. But as I try to find the Server Status to see if the network.lic is communication with Server I still receive this error.
