Kalman Filter Parameter Optimization

Hello I am using Kalman Filter in Simulink for Estimation Longitudinal Velocity. Running Optimization I am getting Error as following.
cell contents reference from a non-cell array object...... and the Optimization stops in just one Itertaion. Does anyone has Suggestions to me??? where am I doing wrong??
The results are attached below..
